Terms of Service
The terms, plainly
These terms govern your use of Moral Intention Analyst (“MIA,” “we”) at moralintention.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What MIA is — and is not
MIA is an advisory reflection tool. It surfaces indicators for accountable human review — never verdicts, never proof of intent. It is not legal, compliance, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and it must not be used as the sole basis for any consequential decision about a person. Human judgment remains final.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use MIA.
Acceptable use
- Do not use MIA for anything unlawful.
- Do not submit content you have no right to share, and do not submit another person’s sensitive personal data without a lawful basis for handling it.
- Do not probe, overload, or attempt to break the service’s security or workspace isolation, or evade its rate limits.
- Do not scrape the service or resell access to it without our written agreement.
Your content
You own what you submit and what you create in your workspace. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service — nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for how content is handled.
Our content
The analytical methodology is authored by Dr. A.C. Ping of Ethics Advisory Services and is used here with permission. The service, its design, and its content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond use of the service.
AI-generated analysis
Analyses are produced by an AI system. They can be incomplete, imprecise, or wrong. They are provided for reflection, and you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed through Stripe. Upgrades apply immediately. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you have already paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Disclaimer of warranties
MIA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on an analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars if you have paid nothing.
Termination
You can stop using MIA and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MIA’s operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means the current version applies.
